TAFSIRI FOUNDATION
Creating Hope. Empowering Lives. Building a Better Future.
Tafsiri Foundation is a community-focused initiative dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable children, families, and communities across Kenya. The Foundation works primarily with children and young people from slum settlements and rural communities, helping them access opportunities that can transform their lives and create a brighter future.
The Foundation was established out of a commitment to give back to society and address some of the challenges affecting disadvantaged communities, particularly limited access to education, food insecurity, mental health challenges, and social exclusion.
Our Partnership with Tafsiri Tours
Tafsiri Foundation is proudly supported and sponsored by Tafsiri Tours and Entertainment, a Kenyan travel and tourism company committed to giving back to the communities in which it operates.
Through this partnership, a portion of the company’s social responsibility efforts is directed toward supporting community initiatives through the Foundation. The goal is to connect business success with social impact, ensuring that tourism and enterprise can contribute to positive change beyond the travel industry.

OUR SERVICES
Our Commitment to Luxury & Comfort
Education Support Programme
Tafsiri Foundation believes that every child deserves an opportunity to learn and build a better future. We support vulnerable and disadvantaged children from informal settlements and rural areas by helping them access education, learning materials, school-related needs, and other opportunities that keep them in school.
Mental Health & Wellbeing Programme
We promote mental health awareness among children, young people, parents, and communities. Through awareness campaigns, counselling support, life-skills activities, and community engagement, we encourage people to speak openly about mental health and seek support without stigma.
Feeding & Nutrition Programme
Our feeding programme provides food and basic nutritional support to children and families experiencing food insecurity, particularly within underserved communities. Through community feeding initiatives, we aim to ensure that children do not have to go hungry while growing, learning, and developing.
Charity & Community Outreach Drives
Tafsiri Foundation organizes charity drives and community outreach programmes aimed at identifying urgent needs and responding with practical support. These initiatives bring together individuals, organizations, and well-wishers to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable members of society.
Life Skills & Empowerment
We equip children and young people with life skills, confidence, positive values, and knowledge that can help them make informed decisions and navigate challenges. We believe empowerment goes beyond providing immediate assistance—it is about creating sustainable opportunities.
Creating Hope, Empowering Lives, Transforming Communities.
